Annual Clothing and School Supply Drive for Children of those who have been victims of sex trafficking or survival sex

Each year hundreds of Sacramento residents are either victims of human trafficking or find themselves engaged in survival sex in order to eat, feed their children, or simply survive. Through our outreach we became aware of just how many of these sex workers had children. We also found that many of them were working to provide for their children who were just as desperately in need. With school time approaching we decided to do something and are are asking for your help.

Your donation of used children’s clothing, shoes, coats, backpacks, hats, scarves, and school supplies, would help these immensely.  We find that the children of survival/trafficked sex workers are those harmed the most. Right here in Sacramento there are children who do not have a hot meal or know whether or not they will have a safe shelter for the night. We are working to change that.

With the school year approaching, we would like to make a difference. We would like to see these children have smiling faces, full bellies, clean clothes and school supplies so that the smallest and most helpless part of this equation has a fighting chance.
